This is the most well known massage modality in the United States.  This form promotes health and relaxation by relieving muscle tension and improving circulation.  The system of long strokes, kneading and friction techniques is extremely enjoyable.  Your therapist will customize your experience by using deeper tissue methods for your trouble spots.

What a great idea!  Perfect for friends or couples.  Our two large rooms open into each other for a shared experience.    You each get your own therapist.

Reiki

Reiki comes from a Japanese word meaning 'universal life energy'.   This gentle approach is applied to a client who relaxes on the therapy table while fully clothed.  This method addresses the energy field as a means of healing at all levels - emotional, spiritual and physical.  Energizing and relaxing.

Reflexology

Forms of reflexology have been practiced since ancient times as a way of preventing illness and promoting wellness.  It's more than a foot massage - our reflexologist works with the more than 7000 nerve endings in your feet and the relationship they share with the entire body. 

Chair Massage

On the go?  Just want a little massage?   The chair is perfect.  Will go well with a hair cut from Chaircomb and Scissors or while the kids are getting a cone from The Scoop.
